Why do I need reading glasses?
Because you’re old. 😜 Kidding, not really.
It’s because you’re aging. At about the age of 40, the natural lens inside the eyes starts losing its elasticity and its ability to accommodate for near vision.
Enter Reading Glasses 👓
We need these to focus on things up close, like our phones 📱, makeup 💄, and books 📚
Reading glasses are a simple and effective solution to help you see clearly up close. They provide the extra magnification your eyes need to focus on nearby objects. It’s perfectly normal and happens to everyone.
The eye’s lens is flexible and changes shape to focus light directly onto the retina, allowing us to see clearly. As we age, the lens hardens and loses its flexibility, making it difficult to focus on close objects. This process often starts in your early 40s and continues until around age 65.
Unfortunately, this is going to happen to everybody, and we need to just embrace it. Luckily, we now have many ways to get rid of reading glasses and correct your presbyopia today. ✨
