Any international patient looking for treatment in India requires customized and special attention. In order to provide a seamless experience to all of our patients, MECC offers a dedicated overseas patient service.
How to organise your visit?
Visa Assistance
Once an international patient confirms their visit to MECC for medical treatment, we will send a visa invitation letter and any other relevant documents required by the Visa authorities.
Airport Transfer Service
On receiving your information of arrival, MECC can arrange a taxi, which will pick you up from the airport and bring you to the clinic.
Flight Arrangements
MECC can assist you by sending you various flight options. We can also connect you with our preferred travel agencies.
Cost estimates for anticipated treatment
MECC will diagnose your medical condition and recommend a course of treatment after reviewing your medical reports. Once the course of treatment has been determined, we will be able to estimate the cost of treatment. The cost estimation service is free. Upon your arrival, a detailed investigation will be performed, and a clinical evaluation will be done to confirm the treatment plan given.
Scheduling of all medical appointments.
MECC will help you with scheduling appointments with the doctors. You can also use the Book an appointment online option.
Booking of hotels/service apartments
Based on your budget, MECC can arrange for your accommodation close to the clinic at guest-houses, service apartments or 5- star hotels.
Payment Options
International patients can choose any of the following payment methods
Wire Transfer
You can choose to transfer money directly from your bank account. It takes about 7 working days for the funds to be credited. Please send us a second copy of the swift transfer receipt.
Direct payment at MECC
You can opt to pay your bill at MECC directly through cash or credit cards. We accept all major credit cards like VISA and MasterCard.
